How your booking page works

Your booking page is the public link customers open to book with you — no app, no phone call. Here's what it is and what your customers see.

   Find your page's address

   Every business gets a free web address like https://yourname.jaatime.com, based on the link you chose. You'll find it in Settings under 'Booking page and link'.

   What customers see first

   The page opens with your cover image, then your logo, business name and a short description. Under that sits a card with your address and opening hours, and then the booking steps.

   How they book

   Customers pick a service, a staff member and a date and time, then enter their name and phone number. The order of those steps follows the booking flow you set.

   Confirming the booking

   Once they confirm, the appointment lands on your dashboard calendar right away — as Pending or Confirmed, depending on your settings — and the customer sees a confirmation.

   Preview it yourself

   Open your booking link in a browser, or use Open preview on the Share page, to see exactly what customers see. Open preview
