If you run more than one shop or location, a chain lets you manage them all from a single account instead of juggling separate logins.

   Every branch still has its own services, staff, and calendar. What happens at one location does not disturb another.

   Your chain gets a single booking link. Customers open it, pick the location they want, and continue booking at that branch.
