Clients rate your staff after their visit. You choose which reviews appear on your public booking page.

Open Reviews
In the sidebar go to Staff, then open the Reviews tab. Every star rating and comment is listed here. Reviews

Read the feedback
Search by staff, client, or text to find a review, and see the rating breakdown for each staff member.

Make good ones public
Set a review's Visibility to Public to show it on your booking page, or Hidden to keep it private. Public

Watch your rating
Only public reviews count toward the Public rating clients see, so keep the ones that represent you best.

Reviews come from clients after their appointment — keep service great and the reviews follow.
