Connect your LINE Official Account
You do not need to connect anything to use LINE — booking messages and the LINE booking link already work on JaaTime's shared LINE account. Connect your own Official Account when you want messages to come from your shop's own LINE instead, plus a rich menu and two-way chat. It is all set up in Settings under 'LINE and SMS'.
- 1
Check whether you need this at all
Go to Settings, open 'LINE and SMS', and look at the status card at the top. If it says messages are sent from JaaTime's shared LINE, everything already works - customers get booking messages and your LINE booking link is live. Only continue if you want messages to come from your own Official Account. LINE and SMS

Check your plan first
Your own Official Account is part of the Pro plan, so upgrade first if you are on Free or Plus. If you set it up before and your plan dropped, the LINE and SMS page shows an upgrade button, and your saved LIFF ID and credentials come back on their own once you upgrade. If you are on Pro and the page still shows a message-us card instead of the setup steps, tap it and the team switches the feature on for your shop. If your shop belongs to an organization that shares one Official Account, the setup lives under Organization then Marketing instead.
- 3
Enable Messaging API on the Official Account you already have
Open LINE OA Manager at manager.line.biz, pick the Official Account your customers already added, and turn on the Messaging API from its settings. Do not create a Messaging API channel in the Developers Console instead - that creates a brand-new, empty account that none of your customers follow.
- 4
Create a LINE Login channel and a LIFF app
In the LINE Developers Console, under the same provider, create a LINE Login channel (app type: Web app), then add a LIFF app inside it. The 'LINE and SMS' page shows the exact endpoint URL to paste, plus the size, scopes and bot-link values to use. A Messaging API channel has no LIFF tab - the LIFF app must sit under the Login channel.
- 5
Publish the LINE Login channel
A new Login channel starts as 'Developing', which only lets accounts with a role on it sign in. Your own test will work and every real customer will fail, so switch it to Published. This is the step most shops miss.

Paste the values into JaaTime and save
Back in Settings, 'LINE and SMS', enter the LIFF ID, Channel ID, Channel secret and Channel access token, press Validate Credentials to confirm we can reach your account, then Save. The status card turns green and booking messages start coming from your own Official Account. Validate Credentials
