How deposit-to-confirm works

Payments3 min read

When a service requires a deposit, the customer pays and uploads a slip before the booking is confirmed. You review the slip and approve or cancel.

  1. 1

The customer pays on the booking page

At checkout they see the deposit total, your QR and bank details, and a countdown timer for their held slot. They transfer the deposit, upload the slip, and tap Submit booking. Submit booking

  2. 2

Find it in Pending Deposit Reviews

The booking appears in the Pending Deposit Reviews card on your dashboard home. Tap Review on the row to open the slip. Review

  3. 3

    Check the slip and confirm

The window shows the customer's slip next to the expected amount. If it matches, tap Confirm deposit — the booking is confirmed and the payment recorded automatically. Confirm deposit

  4. 4

    Or cancel if something's wrong

If the slip is fake or the amount is off, tap Cancel booking and optionally add a reason. The slot is freed and the customer is notified. Cancel booking

  5. 5

    Close the loop on refunds

If you cancelled a booking where money did arrive, an amber banner reminds you to settle it. Tap Mark refunded and pick whether you refunded the customer or never received money. Mark refunded

The reviews list updates in real time, so a new slip shows up on its own without refreshing the page.
