Send a marketing campaign

Broadcast a promotion to your clients over LINE, or turn on automatic campaigns like birthday and win-back messages.

   Connect your own LINE OA

   Marketing needs your business's own LINE Official Account — JaaTime's shared OA can't send it. If you see "Custom LINE OA Required", set it up in Settings first. Configure Custom OA

   Open Marketing

   In the sidebar, open Marketing, then go to the Create Promotion tab for a one-off broadcast. Marketing

   Write the message

   On the Details step enter your promotion, then Customize the template and check the Template Preview. Create Promotion

   Pick who gets it

   On the Targeting step choose your audience — All Clients, or Filtered Clients by tag, category, or loyalty tier. Targeting

   Send

   Tap Send Promotion to queue it, then track delivery under the Campaigns tab. Send Promotion
