Your chain's booking page

Organizations & Multi-branch2 min read

Instead of one link per shop, your whole chain shares a single booking link that lets customers pick which location they want.

  1. 1

    Use the Chain Booking Link

Your chain's landing page lives at the Chain Booking Link you set when you created the chain.

  2. 2

    Customers pick a location first

When someone opens the link, they first see a branch selector — they choose a location and tap Book here. Book here

  3. 3

They continue in the normal flow

After picking a branch, the customer moves into the usual booking flow for that location — service, staff, date, and time.

  4. 4

Share it like any booking link

Put the Chain Booking Link on your bio, posts, and receipts exactly as you would share a single-shop booking link.

  5. 5

Brand the page and give each branch a picture

Go to your chain's Settings → Landing page. The Cover image card sets the banner at the top, exactly like a single shop's booking page. Below it, Branch pictures lets you set the photo shown on each branch's card — use the shop front or the room so customers recognise the right one. Branch pictures

One chain link is easier to remember than several — share it everywhere and let customers choose the branch closest to them.
