Turn off bookings, pause the shop, or leave JaaTime
There is no switch that turns the public booking page off. "Close the system" can still mean three different things: stop taking bookings, stop paying, or delete your account for good.

Stop taking bookings
The booking page itself cannot be switched off, on the web or in the app. To stop bookings, go to Services, open each service and turn off Active (service is available for booking). Inactive services disappear from the booking page, so with all of them off nobody can book. For a holiday, unticking days under Settings, Basic Info, Business Hours does the same for those days. Stop paying but keep the shop
Go to Settings, open Plan and billing, and click Manage subscription to cancel. Your paid plan runs to the end of the period, then the shop moves to Free on its own. Nothing is deleted; features beyond Free simply lock until you upgrade again. Manage subscription

Leave JaaTime for good
Request deletion at jaatime.com/delete-account. This permanently removes your business, bookings and client records and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
