Set your opening hours and days off

Getting Started2 min read

Your hours decide exactly when clients can pick a time, so a day marked closed simply won't show any slots.

  1. 1

    Open your business hours

Go to Settings, stay on the Basic Info tab, and click the Business Hours section to expand it. Business Hours

  2. 2

    Turn days on or off

Tick a day to open it; untick it to mark a day off, which shows as Closed and blocks bookings that day.

  3. 3

    Set open and close times

For each open day, set the Open and Close time using the 24-hour format (for example 09:00 to 18:00).

  4. 4

    Save your changes

Click Save Business Hours and your booking page updates right away. Save Business Hours

  5. 5

    Open twice in one day

Business hours take one open and one close time per day. If you open 06:00 to 11:00 and again 17:00 to 22:00, set the hours to 06:00 to 22:00, then open that staff member's shift for the day and use Add Break to add a break from 11:00 to 17:00. Customers can only book inside the shift, so the gap is never offered. A staff member has one shift per day, but a shift can hold several breaks. Add Break

A staff member's own schedule always takes priority over these hours, so set individual hours on their profile if someone works different times.
