Read the calendar: month and day views

Calendar3 min read

The Calendar gives you a month overview and a day-by-day schedule. Here's how to read both.

  1. 1

    Open the month view

Open Calendar from the sidebar to land on the month grid, where weeks start on Monday. Move between months with the arrows above the grid.

  2. 2

Read each day at a glance

Every date shows how full it is — an occupancy percentage and the booking count. Colours run from light blue (quiet) through green, yellow and orange to red (nearly full), with the key sitting above the grid, and today's date has a blue outline.

  3. 3

    Open a day's schedule

Click any date to open its Daily Schedule for that day.

  4. 4

    Read the day timeline

Time runs down the left side and each staff member has their own column across the top. A live line and clock mark the current time in your business timezone.

  5. 5

    Understand the appointment blocks

Each appointment is a coloured block, where the colour matches its service category, showing the client, the service, a status badge and the time range. Cancelled bookings appear dimmed.

  6. 6

    Focus a busy day

Status badges read Pending, Confirmed, In Progress, Completed, No Show or Canceled. Use the search box, the Sort menu and the category filter to narrow the columns, and press Today to jump back to now. Today

Occupancy is measured against each staff member's shift hours, so a day with no shifts set shows "No bookings" even when people are actually free.
