Connect LINE and build a Rich Menu

A Rich Menu is the tappable grid at the bottom of a LINE chat. Design one that sends clients straight to booking.

   Connect your LINE Official Account

   In Settings, open the LINE tab and set up Advanced LINE Integration with your own Official Account. You can design a menu without it, but you need it to push straight to LINE. Save LINE Configuration

   Create a menu

   Open Rich Menu in the sidebar and tap Create menu. Pick a layout with the number of buttons you want. Create menu

   Set up the buttons

   On the Buttons tab, give each button a label and choose Booking as its action so a tap opens your booking page inside LINE. Buttons

   Push to LINE

   Tap Push to LINE to set it as the default menu for everyone who chats with your Official Account. Push to LINE
