Services and staff across branches

A chain lets you share a service or a person across locations, while each branch still keeps its own price, duration, and pay.

   See how services are grouped

   On the organization Services page, services appear as 'Template Services' and 'Branch Services (Not Linked)'.

   Turn a service into a template

   Take a service and click Use as Template, then Apply to Branches to push it to the branches you choose. Use as Template

   Keep templates in sync

   A template shows 'Linked to N/M branches'. Use Sync All to update them; a branch that was edited can drift 'out of sync'. Sync All

   Remember price and duration are per branch

   Even for a shared template, each branch keeps its own price and duration — set them to match that location's market.

   Set up multi-branch staff

   Staff can be Branch staff, Multi-branch staff, or HQ employee. A Multi-branch member has one profile; in their edit modal, the Branches tab is where you add or remove the branches they work at. Branches
