Free businesses get a one-time SMS allowance; paid plans include a monthly quota — credits keep messages flowing after it runs out.

How SMS works in JaaTime
LINE and in-app notifications are always free. SMS costs real money per message. On the Free plan you get a one-time quota to try SMS out — it does not reset. Paid plans include a monthly SMS quota that grows with your tier and resets on the 1st (on Max it is shared across the whole organization). Beyond the quota, JaaTime uses your prepaid credits — one credit per SMS.

Buy credits
Go to Settings → LINE and SMS, or Settings → Plan and billing, and pick a credit pack. Credits never expire and work on every plan, including Free. SMS credits

Watch your balance
The SMS quota card shows how much of your quota you have used and your credit balance. When the quota is used up, it switches to showing how many credits remain.
