Waitlist for fully booked days
When a day is full, clients don't have to leave with nothing. They can join a waitlist for that day, and if someone cancels, they get a message with a link to book the freed time.

Switch it on
Go to Settings → 'Booking page and link' and turn on the Waitlist card. It works right away, there is no Save button. The waitlist is on Plus and above. Waitlist

What clients see on a full day
A full day can still be tapped. The client first sees the nearest free times and anyone else free that day, and under them 'Join the waitlist'. They choose a part of the day (any time, morning, afternoon or evening) and who with (only that staff member, or anyone). Join the waitlist

How clients are reached
By LINE if they opened your page in LINE, otherwise by email, so the form asks for an email. Never by SMS. One client can wait for up to 3 days at your shop at once.

When a client cancels
About 5 minutes after a client cancels or moves their own booking (or an unpaid deposit hold runs out), the first 3 people waiting for that time get an offer. The first to book takes it; the others are told it's taken and stay on the list. Offers for a later day are not sent between 21:00 and 08:00 your shop's time, they go out at 08:00.

When you free a time yourself
If you cancel, decline or move a booking, nothing is sent on its own: you may be clearing the time for a reason. If someone on the waitlist can take that time, you get a prompt with 'Offer this time'. No match, no prompt. Offer this time

See who is waiting
An amber 'Waiting' pill with the number of people appears on the dashboard home and in the calendar day view whenever someone waits for that day. Days with people waiting get an amber dot in the date picker, and the client's card says 'On the waitlist'. Tap the pill to open the list: part of the day, staff, when they joined and whether an offer went out.

Offer a time or remove someone
In the list, 'Offer a time' sends that person every free time on that day they haven't been offered yet. A client never gets the same time twice and gets at most 2 offers a day. 'Remove' takes them off the list. Offer a time

When a place on the list ends
It closes by itself when the client books that day, also when you book them in by hand, or when their part of the day is over in your shop's time: morning at 12:00, afternoon at 17:00, evening and any time at midnight.
