Rent out a room or court by the hour
A room can be booked on its own (a tennis court, a karaoke room, a studio), with or without a staff member or a service. Clients book it from your booking page, and you can book it from the dashboard.

Make the room bookable
On the Rooms tab, edit the room and turn on Clients can book it on its own. Add a cover photo, up to 8 more photos, and a description. Clients can book it on its own

Set price, lengths and hours
Enter the price per hour. Add peak prices for busy times (for example evenings and weekends). Choose the shortest and longest rental and the step (for example 1 to 3 hours in steps of 1 hour), and the opening hours: the same as your business, or the room's own.

Add staff or services clients can add
Under Staff clients can add, tick team members with their price per hour and name the role (Trainer, Referee, Attendant, Host, or your own word). Under Services clients can add, tick services such as Personal training: they start with the rental and must fit inside it. Turn on Add-on required if the space can't be used without staff (no self-service).

Deposits (optional)
Set a fixed or percentage deposit for the room. It works like service deposits and only applies when deposits are switched on in Settings.

How clients book
Your booking page shows a Book a space tab. The client picks one space, the length, an optional staff member or service, then a date and time, and sees the full price before confirming. They can use a pass or a gift card, or pay the deposit. If all your services are only sold together with a space, the page shows just the spaces.

Book from the dashboard
In New appointment, switch to Space rental: choose the client, the space, the length and any add-on. The price is calculated for you, and you can type a different Total for the visit. Clicking an empty slot in a room column in Rooms view opens it with that room already chosen.

One visit, one checkout
A rental with a service add-on is saved as two linked bookings: the space, and the service with its staff member. Confirming, completing or cancelling the rental does the same to the add-on, and the payment bill shows both, so Take payment pays the whole visit at once.
