Hour packs and memberships for spaces

Sell regulars a bank of hours or a membership for your courts or rooms. Each booking uses up its own length, so a 2-hour booking uses 2 hours.

   Create the package

   Go to Loyalty → Packages → Create Package. With rooms switched on you'll see For: Services | Spaces. Choose Spaces. Spaces

   Hour pack

   Choose Hour pack, enter the hours (half hours are fine), tick which spaces it covers and set how many days it's valid.

   Membership

   Choose Membership for unlimited use while it's valid (30 days by default), with an optional limit such as up to 2 hours a day or a number of bookings per week.

   Off-peak only (optional)

   Turn on Off-peak only to stop the pass being used during the peak-price times set on the space.

   How it's used

   Clients see Use your pass on the booking page after they verify their phone, and you can pick the pass when booking from the dashboard. The pass pays for the space only; a staff or service add-on is still charged. Cancelling the booking gives the hours back.
