Pause bookings for a holiday or day off

There's no single on/off switch, but you can stop taking online bookings for specific days or specific services whenever you need.

Close a day in Business Hours
Go to Settings, open the Basic Info tab, and expand the Business Hours section. Untick any day you'll be closed, then click Save Business Hours — no time slots will appear for those days. Save Business Hours

Reopen when you're back
Tick the day again and save. Slots return for that day automatically.

Hide a single service instead
To stop offering just one service, go to Services, edit it, and turn off 'Active (service is available for booking)'. Inactive services disappear from the booking page.

Bring the service back
Edit the service again and switch Active back on to make it bookable.
Closing days in Business Hours is the quickest way to pause everything for a holiday, while deactivating services is best when you only want to pause part of your menu.
