Connect LINE to notify customers, chat with them, and let them book right inside the app.

- What LINE gives your businessLINE is where your Thai customers already are, so JaaTime works with it in four ways — free booking messages, a two-way chat inbox, a booking link they tap inside LINE, and a menu at the bottom of the chat.
- Connect your LINE Official AccountYou do not need to connect anything to use LINE — booking messages and the LINE booking link already work on JaaTime's shared LINE account. Connect your own Official Account when you want messages to come from your shop's own LINE instead, plus a rich menu and two-way chat. It is all set up in Settings under 'LINE and SMS'.
- Chat with customers in the InboxOnce your LINE Official Account is connected, the Inbox is a full two-way chat — read messages, reply, and keep customer details handy in one place.
- Set up the Inbox AI assistantThe Inbox AI assistant can draft or send replies to customer chats for you. You control its name, tone, language, the exact wording it uses, when it hands over to a human, and what it knows.
- Send free booking updates over LINETurn on LINE notifications so customers get reminders and confirmations in the app they check most — and it works on JaaTime's shared LINE with no account to connect.
- Write your own LINE booking messagesWith your own LINE Official Account connected, you can replace JaaTime's standard booking cards with messages in your shop's own words — with booking details filled in automatically, plus an optional picture and buttons.
- Share your LINE booking linkYour LINE booking link opens your booking page inside the LINE app, so customers book without ever leaving the chat.
